About ESB SERVICES SRL

We deliver practical online workplace skills education across Canada, built around real professional routines: clear communication, reliable administration, repeatable planning, and steady coordination.

Why we started (founding story)

ESB SERVICES SRL was founded in 2019 after seeing the same pattern repeat across roles and industries: people were expected to run meetings, manage documentation, coordinate small projects, and communicate clearly—yet most learning options were either too theoretical or difficult to fit around a working schedule. The gap was practical: professionals needed methods they could apply on Monday morning, not abstract concepts that required a full organizational transformation.

We built a catalogue that treats workplace skills as a set of concrete habits and artifacts: agendas that end with decisions, minutes that record ownership, action logs that don’t drift, and lightweight planning that respects constraints. The delivery model is fully online so learners across Canada can participate without relocating or pausing other responsibilities. The unglamorous details matter here—naming conventions, checklists, stakeholder updates, and simple coordination cadences—because those are the inputs that make work predictable.

Mission

To make practical, high-quality professional education accessible through flexible online learning that supports workplace success and lifelong development.

Learning philosophy

Methods, artifacts, and practice

Each topic is taught as a repeatable workflow: inputs, decisions, outputs, and follow-up. Learners practice with templates and scenarios, then adapt them to their own context.

Online delivery

Canada-wide access

Courses, modules, and workshops delivered entirely online across provinces and territories.

Curriculum governance

Continuously reviewed

Materials are updated for clarity, accuracy, and relevance to modern workplace tools and norms.

Scope of service

We operate exclusively as an online education provider. We do not provide financial services, investment advice, legal services, accounting, immigration assistance, employment placement, IT services, software development, or management consulting.

Education-first approach, with clear disclaimers and privacy controls

How we build practical learning

Our programs are designed around workplace outputs that can be checked for quality: a meeting agenda that forces a decision, a decision log that captures what changed and why, or a weekly plan that makes dependencies visible. Instead of treating “communication” or “leadership” as abstract traits, we teach observable behaviors and the supporting artifacts that make them repeatable. That includes structured status updates, stakeholder mapping, and simple escalation paths that reduce ambiguity.

We use light frameworks where they help: RACI for role clarity, basic risk registers for small projects, task triage for managing competing priorities, and document standards that keep teams aligned. Learners practice with scenarios that mirror common office situations—handoffs, misaligned expectations, overloaded inboxes, and meetings without decisions—then apply the same structure to their own environment.

Quality is managed through routine review cycles. Content is checked for accuracy, updated references to modern digital tools, and clearer examples when learners commonly get stuck. The outcome is not a promise of career results; it is a set of skills and routines that can be applied independently.

Clear deliverables

Exercises produce tangible outputs: minutes, action logs, simple schedules, and documentation templates that reflect real constraints.

Learner support

Questions are welcomed throughout programs. Support focuses on understanding the method and applying it without overcomplicating the process.

Pacing that holds

Weekly structure avoids overload: one capability at a time, then practice, then reflection on how it changes day-to-day work.

Privacy-conscious registration

Registration requests use basic anti-spam measures and consent confirmation. Cookie preferences can be managed from the footer.

Learning specialists and contributors

Our learning specialists support curriculum development and learner guidance. Profiles below describe educational expertise only. They do not provide consulting, financial or legal advice, immigration assistance, employment placement, or professional licensing services.

AF

Alessia F., Business Administration Educator (MEd)

Alessia has spent 9 years designing adult-learning materials for office administration and documentation standards. Her specialty is turning messy, real-life workflows into simple checklists, naming conventions, and templates people actually keep using. Learners know her for the “document hygiene” module that makes filing, versioning, and handoffs feel manageable. Outside of course work, she collects meeting agenda formats from different industries.

DL

Daniel L., Workplace Communication Specialist (MA)

Daniel has worked for 8 years on communication training that focuses on clarity under time pressure: concise emails, structured updates, and meeting follow-ups that capture decisions and ownership. He brings a methodical approach to collaboration topics—stakeholder mapping, expectation setting, and feedback phrasing that reduces friction. He is best known for teaching a one-page “decision note” format that keeps teams aligned. He is a fan of plain language and short subject lines.

ST

Sofia T., Leadership Development Instructor (PgCert)

Sofia has 10 years of experience teaching leadership behaviors that show up in daily execution: delegation, boundary setting, and decision-making when information is incomplete. Her modules emphasize practical routines—weekly check-ins, escalation criteria, and role clarity that prevents duplicated work. Learners often cite her scenarios on handling overlapping responsibilities in small teams. She also keeps a personal library of well-written project charters.

MR

Marco R., Professional Learning Advisor (CPTD)

Marco supports learners as they choose a pathway and pace their work over a multi-week program. With 7 years in learning operations, he specializes in removing avoidable friction: setting up a weekly cadence, planning practice time, and identifying which templates will make the biggest difference first. He is known for straightforward guidance when a learner is deciding between tracks like project coordination and productivity. His favorite tool is a simple weekly review checklist.
